Running is a kind of sport's most simple, efficient, and economical. Why is that? because the track does not require much equipment just like any other sport. We just need shoes and sportswear just to do the track. Named as efficient as running exercise can be done anytime and anywhere, a long running time can also be adjusted with our free time. However, the benefits of running for health can not be denied because it is in fact by doing running, we can get a lot of benefits as described below:
